What kinds of events does PlugMarket serve?+
Small and midsize vendor-based events such as farmers markets, craft fairs, food events, community festivals, library events, school fairs, brewery markets, and pop-ups.
Do I need to know exactly how much electricity is required when I book?+
No. Only basic event information is required initially.
Does PlugMarket work directly with vendors?+
No. PlugMarket works directly with the event organizer.
Who pays PlugMarket?+
The event organizer.
What if the venue already has electricity?+
Existing site electricity may be the simplest power source and will be evaluated later.
What if there is no electricity nearby?+
PlugMarket may evaluate mobile or partner-supported power options.
Is the starting package price final?+
No. Final pricing is confirmed after the detailed power assessment.
Why is there a reservation deposit?+
The small deposit helps hold requested 2027 dates and is credited toward the final service price.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Your reservation deposit will be credited toward your final PlugMarket service price. Reservation deposits are refundable if PlugMarket is unable to provide service for the requested event date(s), or if the event is determined not to be suitable for PlugMarket service.
When will detailed power information be collected?+
Closer to the event date.
Can we book multiple event dates at once?+
Yes. Multiple dates can be selected directly from the booking calendar.
